What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
What packaging does my new jewelry arrive in?
All Madame Tassel’s jewelry arrives securely packed in a cardboard gift box with cotton padding inside and a ribbon bow. You will also receive a complimentary polishing cloth. Everything generally ships in purple bubble mailers.
Photo props, including hinged boxes, are not included (but Cole always adds a little free gift to everyone’s order!).
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where is your jewelry made?
All of our jewelry is handmade by Cole Parker in Upstate New York, USA. Her materials are always high-quality and safe to wear.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
About Madame Tassel’s
Based in the serene Catskill Mountains of Upstate New York, Madame Tassel’s is a one-woman operation. Cole Parker is the woman behind the scenes. She is entirely self taught and has been creating jewelry for twelve years. She also teaches private lessons from time to time.
Her Etsy shop recently surpassed 400 sales, at a 5 Star perfect rating, so she decided it was time for a website. She occasionally sets up at markets, so you might see her out and about at an artisan market if you live in the area.
Besides beads, which is obvious, Cole loves the color purple and anything sparkly, and decorates her home workshop accordingly. She lives near Windham Ski Resort with her fiancé and a very mischievous cat.
